Happy New Year

GoodBye 2014 and Hello 2015

Happy New Year!  I love the start of a new year. It gives me so much hope and joy. I’m excited to see what this year has to offer.  2014 was good to me and I have big plans or big expectations of myself for 2015.  This is not going to be a list of resolutions. I stop doing resolutions in 2012. What I started doing is coming up with a word, not just any word but a powerful word for the year.  This word helps me to stay focus and give the year meaning.    My first word was in 2013, the word was focus and in 2014 it was create. This year I wanted to switch it up a little bit and do something different.  Instead of using a word, I’m going to use a hashtag. If you follow me on Instagram you have seen me use this hashtag before. This is not just a hashtag, it means the world to me.  So, for 2015 my hashtag is: #putGodfirst.

Do you have any resolutions or goals or are you going to do a hashtag for the year? What are your plans for 2015?

I'm just a girl who love Jesus and taking pictures. I'm also on a journey to live a happy, healthy, and fit life.

I’m planning to make healthier eating choices everyday and incorporating exercise in my weekly schedule. 1 day down 364 more to go!!!

Just started following you on Instagram. You’re amazing and applaud you on your journey and accomplishments. #putGodFitst is amazing theme for the new year. Mine is #GiveItAllToGod.

I’m now starting on my juicing journey. Any tips for a diabetic?

      Hello Nerline,

Thank you so much for stopping by and following me on Instagram. I love your plan of #GiveItAllToGod. I will say a prayer for you. If you are just getting in to juicing, keeping is simple is one of the best thing I could recommend.
